Meet the Team

Mark Kronenberg, Founder and President of ProWatch Solutions, brings more than 40 years of vending, office coffee, and food service experience. A former operator and co-founder of CompuVend Systems, he combines firsthand industry knowledge with decades of technology development to help micro market operators reduce theft, strengthen operational controls, and protect profitability.

Bryan Hebert serves as Chief Revenue & Chief Financial Officer at ProWatch Solutions. With leadership experience at Nayax and USA Technologies/Cantaloupe, he brings extensive knowledge of payments, unattended retail, and business operations. Bryan connects commercial strategy with financial discipline, helping operators understand and adopt technology that protects revenue, reduces loss, and supports stronger, more profitable businesses.

Malik leads technical implementation and account management at ProWatch Solutions, helping clients get the most from their security technology. With a background in network infrastructure and systems administration, he connects engineering expertise with customer needs.

With years of experience in product development and engineering, Daniel specializes in building high-impact technology solutions. He recently led an engineering team leveraging AI to revolutionize video production—helping commercial videographers transform massive amounts of multi-source media into high-quality TV commercials, news clips, and corporate training videos.

Kathy Sparks is the Team Lead for the investigation staff. Kathy has spent much of her career in customer service and management. Kathy managed one of Louisiana’s most visited visitor centers, assisting people on a daily basis. Prior to working at the visitor center, Kathy was a liaison within Georgia Gulf’s Chemical’s Plaquemine plant, keeping multiple departments organized and informed.
